Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Cornwall Restaurant Goes 100% Local

 Restaurants in Cornwall are taking 'local produce' to the max! At Fifteen Cornwall, the inspirational restaurant owned by Jamie Oliver (absolutely one of my heroes!), they are offering 100% Cornish produce for lunches until the 14th December!

It is fantastic to celebrate local producers and suppliers in this way (although their usual  sourcing policy of 80% Cornish is also fantastic!) 

The three course lunch menu is available from Monday to Friday until the 14th December , so hurry up and book! The staff at Fifteen Cornwall told me that they also try to buy organic produce wherever possible. 

Not only do they excell with their food, Fifteen Cornwall also have a great attitude to recycling and sustainablility, using solar reflective glass to conserve heat and even having a fun way to recyle with their funky recycle bubbles! What a team! 

An additional thing they have done is hold a Farmers Market. Watch this space to find out if there will be more next year!
