Festival Of Winter Walks

 From the 26th December – 4th January the Festival of Winter Walks is the Ramblers Association’s annual festival of walks. Open to everyone, there are literally hundreds of walks throughout the UK, and you just have to type in your city or postcode to find the ones near you

When you just can’t face another chocolate or mince pie, these family and health walks can also get us started on a lovely exercise that will also restore our health and vitality for 2008! 

The routes are for all ages, ranging from three to ten miles, all with experienced walk leaders, and everyone is welcome. You don’t have to be a member of the Ramblers to take part, but if you decide to join after the festival walk, you can take advantage of a 20% discount (ask a walk leader for a joining form).
