International Ceramics Fair Rufford Park

I visited Rufford Park in Nottinghamshire at the weekend and their was the most wonderful ceramics fair there. It was so good that I went on Sunday as well as Saturday!
The people standing there were professional artists, and their work is found in galleries all over the world. Rufford park is absolutely beautiful and I cannot recommend it highly enough to go for a walk, or take children, or amle along and sit and watch the wildlife, or have a delicious meal in the restaurant or a snack in the courtyard.
Some of the exhibitors included Jennifer Colquitt, Virginia Graham, Elixabeth Price, Lauren Cotton, Nicole Pearl Sowter and Gwen Bainbridge.
I have some great images but cant get them onto my site at the moment for some reason - joys of the internet! I will sort it out and get them on as soon as possible! Gwen made and displayed ceramic cupcakes! You can see her in the Penrith area, and she will be at a Designer and Nostalgia event at Rhege Discovery Centre, near Penrith, on Saturday 30 October, from 10 - 4, with homemade cakes (real ones, that you can eat!)
